Dear Prim,

I'm going to marry Katniss today, for real this time.

I asked her with the ring I've made from the pearl, the one i gave her at the quell.

 
We'll be husband and wife in from of your picture, you know. The big one I painted along the side of Katniss's house, on the top of the primrose bushes.

 
I'll always be there for her, prim, no matter what. I promise.
Please be happy for us, I'll toss a peppermint candy if you do.
